Order Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

• Czech Republic: 6–10 business days

• Poland: 6–10 business days

• Romania: 6–10 business days

• United Kingdom: 6–10 business days

Please note that these delivery estimates do not include the initial 1–3 business day processing period.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Delays

Although we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to carriers, customs, high order volumes, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.

Taxes and Duties

Depending on the destination, your order may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, or import fees.

Where applicable, these charges may be collected at checkout or by local authorities or the delivery carrier.

Any additional import charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
